"Trolly Wags: The Right Day For The Wrong Trousers" is a conceptual gatefold vinyl album promoting and celebrating Wrong Trousers Day—a holiday brought to you by Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Charity. Participants are encouraged to wear their wildest and wackiest pants to raise awareness and money for the charity and its beneficiaries. The album contains an amusing selection of seven songs about pants, each chosen for it's synergy with the quirky Wallace & Gromit style.
Hand-sculpted plasticine pants and shoes detailed with miscellaneous embellishments make up the typographic cover, serving as a nod to the unique and staple art style of Nick Park. Photography of jeans reiterates the concept and serves as the perfect contrasting canvas and template for the album content and copy. Embroidery-treated headings and labels further alliterate the theme, while custom “easter egg” fabric patches treat true Wallace & Gromit fans to a unique collector's album.
